With guidance from our expert instructors, you’ll learn the essentials of Reformer Pilates whilst building strength, control, and confidence. Move at your own pace and set the groundwork for your progress in every class to come.

Signature
The class that defines the Reformer Studio.
Signature is our all-level inclusive experience: a dynamic, full-body session carefully crafted with layers and progressions designed to meet you where you are.
Whether you’re early in your Reformer Pilates journey, or a seasoned mover; you can expect mindful intensity and expert instruction that helps you move with strength and control. Sculpt, tone, and energise as you reform your mind, body and soul from the inside out.
We recommend attending at least 6 Signature classes to build confidence before progressing to Intermediate level.
Restore
For when your body needs to slow down and reconnect.
Restore is a low-intensity Reformer class designed to lengthen, release, and realign the body. Centred on breath and mindful movement, the session focuses on flexibility, mobility, and gentle strength - perfect for recovery days, easing tension, or simply moving with greater intention. You’ll move through fluid stretches and yin-inspired flows that promote freedom of movement and restore balance to mind, body, and soul.


Intermediate
Barre
A ballet-inspired Reformer workout designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge your entire body. Combining the precision of Pilates with the control of barre, this class uses isometric movements and low-impact, high-intensity sequences to build strength, stability, and endurance. Expect to feel the burn as you tone and lengthen from head to toe - improving posture, balance, and overall body awareness with every shake and pulse.
Intense
Turn up the heat.
Intense is a high-energy Reformer class designed to test your limits, strength, and focus. Combining the control of Reformer Pilates with dynamic, heart-pumping intervals, this class demands power whilst keeping the movement form-focused. Expect jump boards, weights, quick transitions, and the ultimate full-body workout – all while maintaining control. You’ll leave stronger, sweatier, and more empowered than ever.
Advanced
Advanced
Precision, mastery, and ultimate control. Advanced is our most advanced Reformer class: a seamless flow without breaks that demands focus, control, and mastery of form that stays true to the principles of Pilates. Expect progressive sequences, advanced balance work, and a continuous pace that challenges your endurance and coordination. For experienced members only- this is where your Reformer practice evolves into artful and elevated movement.
For confident and injury-free clients who have a minimum of one year of Reformer experience required, for your safety.

Pre-natal
Strong through every stage.
Designed for mums-to-be, this empowering class supports your body through the second and third trimester. With a focus on pelvic floor connection, core control, and alignment; you’ll move safely and confidently under expert guidance. Feel stronger, supported, and deeply connected to your changing body alongside other expectant mums in a welcoming and empowering space.
Suitable for mums-to-be who are 14+weeks.


Post-natal
Reconnect and rebuild.
Postnatal Pilates helps new mums regain strength, stability, and confidence after birth. With a focus on core recovery, pelvic floor awareness, and full-body conditioning,; this class gently restores balance to your body and mind. Move at your own pace in a nurturing environment designed to support your postpartum journey, - and bring baby along with you too (optional, up until crawling age).
Suitable from 6 weeks post-natural delivery or 8 weeks post C-section, with GP clearance.
