At the Reformer Studio, we welcome everyone -  whether it’s your first Pilates class or you’re an experienced mover. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in every session.

Choosing the right level is easy, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Beginner

Perfect for those stepping onto a Reformer (or into a Pilates session) for the first time. You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, proper alignment, and how to use the Reformer safely. Expect slower-paced exercises and clear instructions to ensure you have plenty of guidance to enjoy your first class with us.

All levels

Classes suitable for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or more experienced. Modifications and layers of the exercises are offered so everyone can challenge themselves safely. ​

Intermediate

For those with some Pilates experience and ready to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect more complex sequences, faster transitions, and added challenges using the Reformer and supplementary equipment like jump boards.

Advanced

Designed for experienced movers seeking high-intensity, dynamic classes. You’ll explore advanced techniques, deep core work, non-stop sequences to push your Pilates practice further.

Specialised Classes

Tailored classes for specific needs: pre- and post-natal, rehabilitation, or focused goals like flexibility, core strength, or mobility within our 1:1s. These classes combine expertise with individual modifications for a safe, effective session. 

Private Classes

We also offer 1:1 sessions to allow you time, space, and instructor dedication to your specific needs. This could include rehabilitation, recovery or focused targeting such as sports programming - each designed to meet you where you are and provide expert guidance, tailored to your body’s needs.
