The address, LE16 7SA, places it in a quiet, rural setting, providing a serene atmosphere for those looking for a more tranquil environment.

Despite its countryside feel, the location is easily reachable from the surrounding Midlands area. It’s well-connected by major road links, including the A6 and A427, offering quick access to the nearby towns of Kettering, Northampton, and Leicester.

Bowden Business Village is a charming and well-maintained development, offering a mix of offices and workspaces, with Unit 5 Lawrence House tucked in a central yet peaceful spot, ideal for clients looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the region.

Parking:

As we only have limited parking spaces, please allow enough time to find suitable parking nearby and arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your class - we close the doors and stop entry strictly at the class start time.

We currently have three designated parking spaces available directly in front of our unit (spaces 40, 41, and 42) as well as additional spaces positioned along the fence/field.

If all studio spaces are occupied, we kindly ask that you do not use other businesses’ spaces within the village and instead use alternative parking available in the surrounding area.

There are plans for an additional car park to be introduced at Bowden Business Village in the future, which will help improve parking availability.

In the meantime, we’d really appreciate your help in being mindful of our neighbours and making sure access to other units and spaces is kept clear.

Can we also kindly ask clients not to use the entrance area as a waiting space, as this impacts access to the building and the shared WC.
