Memberships are our best value option for those who reform consistently, helping you build routine, see stronger progress and prioritise your wellbeing each week - as well as being the most cost-effective way to stay committed.
Please note: Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months and are paid by monthly direct debit. After this period, they continue automatically until you provide one month’s notice to cancel.
