Welcome to Manchester – Ancoats. Our tenth studio and boldest opening yet. This landmark launch marks a huge milestone in our journey as we continue redefining Reformer Pilates in the UK. Located in the heart of Manchester’s creative district, our Ancoats studio at Sam's Yard, Port Street brings together expansive space and the signature Reformer Studio experience – all in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
This Northern flagship space situated on the ground floor is designed as a destination space: expect the same expert-led, results-driven Reformer Pilates sessions we’re known for – with over 10 class types to choose from, state-of-the-art carriages, and the energy of a supportive community around you.

Our Ancoats studio features a full and varied timetable, shaped by the strengths of our expert instructor team. With over 10 class types and sessions running seven days a week, there’s something for every level, every body, every goal.
How To Find Us
Location: You'll find us at Sam’s Yard, 70 Port Street, Manchester, M1 2EG. Enter through the gated entrance into the courtyard, walk straight ahead to the back, and you’ll see a doorway into the building. Head inside, turn right, and you’ll arrive at The Reformer Studio.
An instructor will let you in around 10 minutes before your class begins. Please ensure you leave enough time to park and locate the studio, as we’re unable to allow entry once the class has started. When the door is closed and signage is up, the session is already in progress.
Travel Info: Manchester Piccadilly Station – A 10-minute walk from the studio, connecting you across Greater Manchester and beyond.
New Islington Metrolink – Just 7 minutes’ walk, with trams running every few minutes.
Northern Quarter & City Centre – Reach us easily from anywhere in central Manchester.
Parking: Urban Exchange Car Park (Great Ancoats Street) – A 5-minute walk with ample parking options.
NCP Dale Street / Church Street / Piccadilly Plaza – Multiple secure car parks nearby.
On-Street Pay & Display – Available across Port Street, Newton Street, and surrounding areas. Charges apply daily.
