Definitions:​

TRS: The Reformer Studio trading in its own name or as Wunda Studio
-
Pilates: The system of exercises using specialised apparatus, including (but not limited to) the Equipment.

Studio: the studios owned and operated by TRS.
-
Equipment: reformer, chair, mat and small apparatus.

Client/Member: any individual who books, purchases or attends any class, private session, workshop or other services provided by TRS and/or accesses or uses studio facilities, website, online booking system (including Mindbody)
1. Purchases, Bookings Policy and Membership

All classes must be booked and purchased in advance via our booking system.

All classes can be booked and purchased through our branded app Reformer Studio App - App Store (Apple) Reformer Studio – Apps on Google Play (Android) or through the Mindbody Webpage Reformer Pilates Packages – Choose Your Class Options

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Class packs, memberships, and single sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared unless explicitly stated.

Introductory offer packages are available only once per new client and are non-refundable or transferable. Introductory offers expire three weeks from the date of purchase. Details of the introductory offers can be found on our website.

Months are defined as one calendar month from the date of purchase, and all expiration dates are listed on your account. Classes must be booked and attended by the package expiry date.

2. Website Use & Online Services

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

Misuse the website or introduce viruses or harmful material.

Attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
Online bookings, payments, and account management may be processed via third-party platforms, including Mindbody. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party booking platforms except where required by law.

Accuracy & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website content is accurate and up to date. However:

Class schedules, instructors, prices, and availability may change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
We reserve the right to update, amend, suspend, or withdraw website content or services at any time.

Intellectual Property
​
All content on our website (including text, images, branding, videos, and design) is owned by or licensed to TRS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
​
TRS operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class. If a class is cancelled less than 24 hours before the class start time for any reason the class pass is forfeited and no refund will be given.
​
No shows will be charged in full or deducted from your class pack or membership.
​
If you arrive late, you may be refused entry for safety reasons with no refund.
​

4. Waitlist Procedure
​
Clients can add themselves to a waitlist for a full class. If someone cancels before the 24 hours, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email. If there is a late cancellation less than 24 hours before a class, then you will not be added automatically. Please do not add yourself to multiple waitlists. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and do not cancel within the cancellation period, you will be responsible for payment of each class you are added to.

5. Age Restrictions
​
TRS requires clients to be a minimum of 18 years of age to participate. Clients between the ages of 16-18 may only participate in classes with written parental or legal guardian consent form and Liability Waiver completed prior to attendance. No one under 16 is allowed to attend classes.

6. Studio Etiquette
​

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class and be ready to begin.

Socks are required for hygiene.

Mobile phones should be silenced during classes.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove clients whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

7. Health, Medical Conditions & Injuries
​

You must complete a liability waiver before attending your first class.

By booking or attending a class, the client confirms that they have considered their own health, fitness level, and suitability to participate in Pilates, and that they will not attend if they know or reasonably believe that participation may place themselves or others at risk.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, or changes to your health.

If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable for you, please consult a medical professional before attending.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes medical advice.
8. Pregnancy & Postnatal Clients

Prenatal and postnatal clients must inform the studio prior to booking and must have completed the liability waiver, including the pregnancy declaration section.
-
Clients who are 14 weeks pregnant or more may only attend our designated prenatal classes or private classes with a prenatal qualified instructor.
-
Attendance at beginner, mixed level or advanced classes from 14 weeks onwards is not permitted, regardless of fitness level or experience.

By attending a prenatal session, the client confirms that they have read, understood and signed the liability waiver, understand the inherent risks of exercising when pregnant and will follow instructor guidance and immediately disclose any discomfort, pain, dizziness or concerns.

A minimum of 6 weeks post-vaginal birth / 12 weeks post-C-section is required before attending postnatal sessions, unless cleared by a medical professional.

These restrictions are in place for safety reasons and to ensure appropriate programming, cuing and equipment setup. Clients are responsible for informing TRS of their pregnancy status and gestational period.
Participation during pregnancy or postnatal recovery is at your own risk and subject to instructor approval.
