We work with individual athletes, teams, and organisations across a wide range of disciplines - delivering performance-focused Reformer Pilates tailored to the demands of each sport.
Since 2019, we’ve supported professional athletes including footballers, golfers, boxers, and athletes connected with UK Athletics, as well as providing support during both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Each athlete is assessed individually, with sessions designed around movement patterns, injury history, recovery, mobility, and performance goals.
Whether supporting rehabilitation, improving movement efficiency, or helping athletes find that extra 1% edge in performance, our approach combines expert instruction with low-impact, highly effective training.

Following a hamstring tear, Olly Stone was introduced to Reformer Pilates as part of his rehabilitation programme. At a critical stage in recovery, the Reformer provided a controlled, safe environment to rebuild strength and restore movement.
Through targeted, low-impact work, he was able to strengthen key areas without placing unnecessary strain on the injury - accelerating his return to performance while reducing the risk of re-injury.
Now fully back to playing, Reformer Pilates remains a core part of his training routine, supporting balance, resilience, recovery, and long-term performance.
