Scott Poundall
Qualified in BOst Osteopathy, Scott has 20 year’s experience in treating and rehabilitating pain and injury. He specialises in human movement, manual therapy and rehabilitation, combining these skills to ensure people can remain active and push their bodies to the limit.
His career has led him to deliver his services to professional and international athletes involved in sports such as athletics, football, boxing and ice hockey to name a few. He also lectures at university level and has mentored many other therapists to help upskill them and guide their careers.
New Partnership
The School of Reform have partnered with Scott to offer a hands on 6 hour workshop teamed with home learning & reading which will give students the foundation knowledge to book onto the School of Reform Dynamic Reformer Pilates course. (NB this is a new product and pending accreditation)
If you don’t have the required foundation qualification in anatomy but would like to explore alternative entry options to be able to enrol with The School of Reform, then our new workshop may be worth exploring.

The workshop will cover what good movement looks like for the major joints and movements, and the ideal range of motion including:

By making this a practical and theory-based workshop, we show you what the movement looks like when it’s done well, we will give you examples of when people are cheating the movement and then finish it off with a simple framework of what movement looks like when it’s all put together.
Perfect for those new to working with the body or looking to deepen their knowledge, this entry-level workshop covers key movement patterns, joint function, and ideal ranges of motion. Through a mix of theory and practical exercises, you’ll learn to recognise compensations and build a clear understanding for quality movement. The recommended starting point for anyone looking to join our Reformer Instructor Training Course without a prior qualification in a related field such as PT, physiotherapy, sports therapy, dance etc.
