  • What is your late arrival policy?
What is your late arrival policy? We close the door/stop entry to class at the time the class is set to start, this is to reduce disruption and allow members to fully enjoy the session. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow yourself time to find parking and get to the studio, especially if it is your first time as the instructor needs to show you the Reformer.
  • Do I need to wear socks?
Socks are required to be worn in all classes, no bare feet are allowed on the carriage for hygiene reasons. We have grippy socks available to purchase in the studio which we would recommend for classes to reduce slipping. Please wear activewear to reduce any catching on the carriages and it is always a good idea to bring some water.
  • What class is best for beginners?
The best class for beginners is Reform Foundation, Reform Foundation covers all the fundamentals you will use in classes moving at a steady pace. Progressive foundation is also a great place to start, this class takes the fundamentals and starts to layer onto them giving the option of challenging yourself. Our signature Reform Body Is also easily adaptable and accessible for beginners.
  • When can I join a HIIT class?
We recommend a minimum of 6 classes before trying HIIT. These classes are higher impact and intensity and you want to be comfortable with the carriage before attending.
  • Do you offer private sessions?
Private sessions are £70 (+£18 for each person added on). We will always try our best to accommodate sessions around your schedule as long as they don’t clash with timetabled classes. We also offer block bookings of 10 privates for £600. To get booked in drop us an email or give us a call.
  • Can I come to class if pregnant?
You can come to timetabled classes up to 14 weeks, from then onwards you can no longer attend regular classes. Don’t worry we have a prenatal course which specialises in keeping you active whilst pregnant.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel your booking 24 hours before the class start time or you will lose your pass. You can cancel your class by logging into your account.
  • What does it mean if I am waitlisted?
If you are on the waitlist for a class it means the class is full and you will only be able to join if someone cancels and a space becomes available. If you have opted in to communications you will receive an email or text to let you know you have a space. If it is within 24 hours you will be asked to let the studio know you can attend, if it is over 24 hours when you are notified you will automatically be moved onto the class. You must opt in to emails/texts to receive these notifications.
  • Are there any showers?
There is a shower in our Nottingham studio but not in the Loughborough or Derby studio. We do have areas where you can change.
  • Office hours and ‘no answer’
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and we will always strive to reply to you within 24 hours. If we don’t answer (because we’re teaching) please send an email to info@reformerstudio.co.uk
  • What do I need to bring to class?
Socks are required to be worn in all classes, no bare feet are allowed on the carriage for hygiene reasons. We have grippy socks available to purchase in the studio which we would recommend for classes to reduce slippiness. Please wear activewear to reduce any catching on the carriages and always a good idea to bring some water.
  • Where can I park?
Nottingham | Sneinton Market Car Park offers ONE HOUR FREE PARKING, 2 hours parking works out at £1.50… if you are lucky enough to grab a spot on the side of the car park, then you get 2 hours free here also! If you are an early bird and come to our 6:30am/7.00am classes, parking on the side roads by the studio is free until 8AM. If all else fails we are just footsteps away the Lace Market car park. Loughborough | Steeple Row and Rectory Place are the streets that run behind the studio. They are permit controlled between 8am and 6pm within this time you can park here for free for 2 hours if you’re lucky enough to get a space. Regent Retail Park is a less than a 10 minute walk away where 2 hours is £1.80. There is also The Rushes across the road which has an NCP car park. Derby | We're only a stones throw away from town and footsteps away from St Mary's church. The closest place to park is the Chapel Street Multi-storey Car Park where you can park for 2 hours for £2.50. If you reform on a Sunday you can park on the streets nearby (as long as there is space).
  • What is your lateness policy?
We close the door/stop entry to class at the time the class is set to start, this is to reduce disruption and allow members to fully enjoy the session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first session to allow yourself time to find parking and find the studio.
  • Can I remove my socks in the studio?
No, we have a strict no bare feet policy for health and safety reasons, please ensure you wear appropriate socks when visiting our studios.
  • Can I wear jewellery?
Jewellery is worn at your own risk. Due to the design of the carriages they can sometimes get caught so we advise removing them prior.
