This is for qualified Reformer Pilates instructors who want to confidently and safely work with pre- and postnatal clients. You’ll learn about the physiological changes of pregnancy, safe exercise modifications, common discomforts, and postpartum recovery, including diastasis recti and pelvic floor health.
