Class passes (including an individual private session) have an 8 week expiry from the purchase date. Block privates have a 16 week expiry. If you are on a monthly membership you will have just over 1 month to use your passes but they will still be billed monthly, so they may overlap, you can check the expiry on your account. For special packages please refer to the website for expiry, if in doubt please email before making a purchase.

We offer 20% off 4,8 and 12 class passes and the Maxi monthly membership for NHS, Students and Over 60’s. All you need to do is email info@reformerstudio.co.uk with a copy of your ID and we will add the discount to your account.

If you refer a friend and they purchase a session you can get your next class for £5. To claim all you need to do is email us at info@reformerstudio.co.uk with the name of the person you referred and give us permission to process the £5 class. Your friend must make a purchase to claim.You can claim up to 5 friends and your friend must mention you when they register.

To cancel/freeze your membership you must email info@reformerstudio.co.uk a week prior to your membership renewing. You can also do this via the button at the top of this page, or via our Reformer Studio app. Memberships are a 3 month minimum commitment meaning you cannot cancel prior to 3 months.

If you wish to change your membership it will incur a charge of £18.
