There is a shower in our Nottingham studio but not in the Loughborough or Derby studio. We do have areas where you can change.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and we will always strive to reply to you within 24 hours. If we don’t answer (because we’re teaching) please send an email to info@reformerstudio.co.uk

Socks are required to be worn in all classes, no bare feet are allowed on the carriage for hygiene reasons. We have grippy socks available to purchase in the studio which we would recommend for classes to reduce slippiness. Please wear activewear to reduce any catching on the carriages and always a good idea to bring some water.

We close the door/stop entry to class at the time the class is set to start, this is to reduce disruption and allow members to fully enjoy the session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first session to allow yourself time to find parking and find the studio.

No, we have a strict no bare feet policy for health and safety reasons, please ensure you wear appropriate socks when visiting our studios.

Jewellery is worn at your own risk. Due to the design of the carriages they can sometimes get caught so we advise removing them prior.
